Seabourn Wins Six Magellan Awards
Seabourn, the leading small-ship, ultra-luxury cruise line, has been honored with six 2014 Magellan Awards from Travel Weekly. The accolades include four Gold Magellan Awards for Luxury Suite Design for the new Penthouse Spa Suites, Luxury Spa Design for The Spa at Seabourn, Overall Luxury Ship for SeabournQuest and Overall Loyalty Program for Seabourn Club.
Seabourn also received two Silver Magellan Awards in the categories of Overall Blog for Seabourn Blog and Marketing Website for Seabourn Academy.

Judging for this year’s Travel Weekly Magellan Awards was carried out by top industry professionals including Patricia Schultz, author of 1,000 Places to See Before You Die; Travel Editor Peter Greenberg of The Early Show on CBS; Rob Kwortnik, a Professor at Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and others.
Honored with a gold award, Seabourn’s spacious Penthouse Spa Suites are among the line’s most popular accommodations, with expansive private verandas, luscious in-suite spa amenities, and the attentive services of a spa concierge. Also winning Silver, Seabourn Academy is the most extensive and authoritative sales course available for travel agents seeking success in luxury leisure travel industry, with certification that qualifies for education credits from the Cruise Lines International Association and other organizations.
